Making your order

Many TwigTech products are printed or prepared after ordering. The production/dispatch estimate is to be confirmed before live orders. Delivery transit estimates start when we hand the parcel to Royal Mail, not when you pay. Any agreed delivery deadline will be shown before payment or confirmed with you. Unless a different delivery date is agreed, the normal UK legal obligation is delivery within 30 days.

UK shipping

Where eligible and offered at checkout: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (a delivery aim, not a guarantee) or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (guarantee subject to Royal Mail service conditions and posting cutoff). The exact available services and charges depend on parcel weight, size and destination and are shown before payment.

International shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked is available to supported destinations and eligible parcels. Delivery aims vary by destination and can be affected by customs. Checkout displays the calculated postage before payment; unsupported countries, products without packed weights and parcels exceeding supported limits cannot be purchased under a guessed shipping price.

Customs, import taxes and restrictions

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees and local requirements. Unless we explicitly indicate duties-paid delivery at checkout, these may be charged to the recipient by their local authority or carrier. You are responsible for ensuring the item can legally be imported into your country. We will declare the contents and value accurately. Any country-specific consumer rights still apply.

Problems with delivery

Contact hello@twigtech.uk if the parcel is late, damaged or missing. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by courier investigations or advertised delivery aims.
