Seller and products

TwigTech Ltd sells 3D-printed physical products through twigtech.uk. Product descriptions, variations, personalisation choices, availability and total prices are displayed before payment. Images may illustrate colours or use; item descriptions define what is supplied. These terms apply to product purchases, not future TwigTech Manager software subscriptions.

Prices and payments

Prices are in GBP and shown with applicable taxes as required. VAT status: Not VAT registered. We use Stripe to process payments. Checkout displays the product total, delivery charge and amount due before the customer confirms payment; customers can review basket information before paying. An order confirmation does not remove our obligation to fulfil or refund in accordance with the law.

Production, dispatch and delivery

Made-to-order production/dispatch estimate: 3-5 working days. Delivery is separate from production. UK and international services, prices and customs information are described in our Delivery information. We will contact you if we cannot meet an agreed delivery deadline; consumer cancellation and refund rights remain in force.

Cancellation and returns

See our Returns and cancellations page for the applicable change-of-mind cancellation period, any lawful exemptions for genuinely personalised products and remedies for faulty goods. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

International purchases

Local import rules, taxes or customs charges may apply. International customers may also have mandatory local consumer rights that these terms do not replace.
